In 2009, the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter hosted the National Junior Angus Show. This show is the world’s largest single beef breed show for exhibitors ages nine to 21. Over 4,000 people from 40 states were in attendance throughout the week, bringing national recognition to the facility and state. While planning the National Junior Angus Show, the need for space for large and multiple events became evident. The Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter started planning for expansion that would accommodate large livestock and equine events to be held at the same time.
We host hundreds of events every year. Trade shows, corporate events, livestock shows, conferences, banquets – and everything in between – nobody does it better than the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter.
