RV Reservations And Policies For The
Georgia National Fairgrounds
& Agricenter
*** SECURITY CAMERAS ARE IN USE ***
- Reservations require payment in full at the time the reservation is submitted.
- “Full
hookups” include water/electricity. Some sites include sewage. A dump
station is located east of the Covered Horse Arena.
- Telephone
reservations will be taken 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Reservations can
be made 24 hrs. www.gnfa.com.
Reservations by fax will not be accepted without the credit card number,
expiration date and name.
- RV spaces will be assigned by reservation date and
current conditions of the grounds. Generators
are prohibited. Absolutely no
tent camping.
- All refund requests must be received prior to the last day of departure.
One day deposit is non-refundable.
- Flexible
check-in time on scheduled date of arrival depending on availability and
times determined by GNFA & current show. Check out is 5 p.m. last day
of scheduled stay. Early arrivals and layovers are subject to
availability. GNFA reserves the right to refuse occupancy.
- Pets
allowed and must be on a maximum 6’ leash.
Pets must be under the control of owner at all times. Bathing pets in restrooms or showers is
prohibited
- One
(1) additional vehicle maximum is allowed with RV in designated
space. Guests or additional
vehicles must park in designated areas.
- Valid drivers license is required to
operate motorized vehicles. (Passenger cars, trucks, 4 wheelers, golf
carts, scooters etc.). Please
operate vehicles on designated roadways. Absolutely no motor vehicles
allowed in the barns or on the grass. 4 wheelers, golf carts, scooters, etc. may not be permitted for particular events as determined by show personnel and GNFA Security. Reckless use of motor vehicles will result in suspension from the grounds.
- Roller
blades, skateboards, roller skates, and push scooters are prohibited.
- Ground
fires are prohibited. Any outdoor
grill cooking should be done on a self contained BBQ grill.
- An
adult must supervise children riding bicycles. Bicycles are
prohibited in barns and surrounding loading zones.
- Please
obey all stop signs and speed limits.
The speed limit is 15 m.p.h.
- Firearms,
bows & arrows, explosives, fireworks, slingshots, fishing spears, or
any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited.
- Fishing
in lakes is reserved for our registered youth programs only.
- Consumption
or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful in any public-use
area without proper permits.
- Vehicles
parked in fire lanes, loading zones, RV spaces, handicapped parking, or
outside of designated parking areas without proper permits, will be towed
at owners expense.
