Tykes, Tots, & Teens Covid Protocol
• For the Public:
• We will be using an electrostatic machine with an EPA (approved for coronavirus, non toxic, botanicle based) solution, to disinfect merchandise, the sales floor, and frequently touched areas nightly during sale days. For more details on how this machine and solution work, check out the newsletter link here.
• Temperature scans done on EVERY person that enters the building, including shoppers, workers, and children
• The Fairgrounds is requiring an acknowledgment signature from each person coming through the doors. Please bring your own pen. We'll also have pens available and will sanitize them.
• Hand sanitizer stations at entrance and exits and in worker areas.
• Buggies & bags will be separated and sanitized between uses and labeled "Sanitized" accordingly
• Registers, counters, and frequently touched areas will be sanitized throughout the day
• Customers are encouraged to bring their own pens to sign credit card slips
• The checkout line will have a limited capacity, spaced 6 feet between markers. Once the shortened line is at capacity, the line will be queued with ticket numbers when a customer is ready to pay. Groups of numbers will be announced over the intercom or through a mobile app to get into the distanced checkout line. This method will be used on our busiest days, as needed.
• Clear barriers installed at checkout stations to divide the cashier and customer
• Fairgrounds faculty will increase the number of daily restroom cleanings and will prop restroom entrance doors open for touch-less entry
• Signs will be posted prohibiting people from entering if they are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

• For Sellers:
• TTT will sanitize all empty racks and buggies between use during drop off.
• TTT will be utilizing a new digital check in system with paperless drop off forms and digital pre-sale passes. A Health questionnaire will be included in this process.
• We will be using an electrostatic machine with an EPA (approved for coronavirus, non toxic, botanicle based) solution, to disinfect merchandise during drop off. Sellers will wheel their racks to a barricaded entry way upon arrival. It will take approx 5-10 seconds to disinfect each rack full of items. For more details on how this machine and solution work, check out the newsletter link here.
• The inspection process will allow inspectors and sellers to be at least 6 feet apart. Chairs will be spaced on opposite ends of 6 foot tables for sellers to sit in while their merchandise is being inspected.
• Pre-Sale day checkout lines will follow the new procedure listed in the public protocols.
• Sellers are encouraged to bring their own pens on drop off, pick up, and pre-sale days (for signing paperwork and credit card slips if shopping).
• Pick up day procedures will be implemented that minimize contact and speed up the pick up process. This includes individual pick up signature cards, and pick up tags placed on windshield wipers instead of inside mirror.
• Sellers are prohibited from participating if they or a member of their household have experienced any Covid like symptoms within 14 days of their drop off date. Please communicate with TTT if you/family member has been tested for Covid. If test results are negative, and have been cleared, you may resume your participation after turning in a copy of the test result to TTT.

For Workers:
• All workers will have their temperature checked and answer a short questionnaire about their current health status prior to working
• TTT will make masks available for helpers and are highly recommended. Check back for updates if requirements change.
• The inspection process will allow inspectors and sellers to be at least 6 feet apart
• Checkout workers will have a clear barricaded area separating them from customers
• Cashiers and baggers will only be paired if they agree to work together. Experienced cashiers can decide to work without a bagger.
• Hand sanitizing stations will be available at work stations, and building entrance and exit
• Workers are encouraged to take breaks in their cars, or outside in fresh air. Snacks provided by TTT will be strictly individually sealed options. We encourage workers to bring their own cooler to keep drinks/food cold.
• Lockers will be disinfected between use
• Workers may not participate if they or a member of their household are experiencing Covid symptoms. Please communicate with TTT if you/family member has been tested for Covid. If test results are negative, and have been cleared for work, you may resume your participation after turning in a copy of the test result to TTT.
