Public Safety ensures the safety of everyone and all facilities at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter. The Director of Public Safety is deputized by the Houston County Sheriff’s Department. The department is responsible for the following:
- Enforces all state laws.
- Enforces facility policies as established by the Georgia Agricultural Exposition Authority.
- Provides 24-hour security and parking services for contracted events and guests.
- Ensures guests enter a venue that is safe and free of criminal activity.
- Schedules RV accommodations and collects associated fees.
