Welcome NBHA Contestants and Families to the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter for the 2025 NBHA Youth & Teen World Championships!
RV Reservations will open April 8th at 10AM.
Please read all information below before making your reservation.

RESERVATION DETAILS

30amp - 800 sites are available at $400 total for 9 event nights
50amp - 200 sites available at $520 total for 9 event nights
There is an additional $2 service fee per site.
Please note that all RV sites are reserved for the full duration of the event.
We will not issue refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or shortened stays.
One RV site per contestant until May 15th.
- If you purchase 1 RV site opening day and then a 2nd RV site on or after May 15th, GNFA will attempt to put the 2 Reservations together. In the comment line, please add that you would like to be put next to the contestant’s name on the first reservation.
Contestant’s name must be in the comment line. NBHA will be checking all RV sites purchased with GNFA to ensure entry. RV sites will be refunded if no entry.
You will not be able to pick your own site, it will be assigned to you. List in the comment section where you would like to be or who you want to be with.
For the best user experience DO NOT attempt to use your mobile device to make a reservation. Please use a computer or tablet.
Please note that site numbers have changed with our new map.

REFUNDS

We will accept RV reservation cancellations for RV sites sold until midnight June 30th with a $50 per site cancellation fee. After midnight June 30th, we will no longer process any refunds or cancellations.
All cancellations must be emailed to rvreservations@gnfa.com
Reservations can have one authorized change without a penalty prior to arrival.
We will not offer refunds or accept cancellations for RV sites sold after midnight June 30th.

RV RESERVATION TIPS

RV reservation fees will be processed in full at time of reservation. The RV check-in gate location is TBD.
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation.
Tent camping or generators are not allowed.
Effective Immediately: Cash is no longer accepted as payment at the East Gate during check-in. Only credit or debit will be accepted.
