WAITLIST INSTRUCTIONS

The NBHA RV site waitlist is now open. If you were unable to reserve a site in the online reservation process and still wish to receive one, please fill out the Waitlist Document found below and email it to rvreservations@gnfa.com.

WAITLIST REGISTRATION

A confirmation email will be sent letting you know we received your submission. All applicants will be added to the waitlist based on the time stamp of the email received. As sites become available through cancellations, a member of the GNFA team will contact those on the waitlist at the information provided in the Waitlist Registration Document

RESERVATION DETAILS

• $40 for 30amp plus $2 service charge per site. (e.g. If you book 5 RV sites, your service fee would be $10)

• $55 for 50amp plus $2 service charge per site. (e.g. If you book 3 RV sites, your service fee would be $6)

• Before making a reservation you MUST click on 'Log In' on the top right of the page and click on 'Register as a New User' if you have not made a reservation with our new site. Once you create an account, you will make all reservations in the future with your user information.

• Please note that site numbers have changed with our new site.

• Once you have started the process of choosing your site, you will have 10 minutes to complete the transaction.

• For the best user experience DO NOT attempt to use your mobile device to make a reservation. Please use a computer or tablet.

• If there are any issues with processing your card for payment, please do not hit the 'Back' button on your device as it will hold your site for 10 minutes. Please correct the error and proceed to checkout.

RV RESERVATION TIPS

RV reservation fees will be processed in full at time of reservation. Check in for all RVs will be EAST gate only.
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation.
Tent camping is not allowed.
Effective Immediately: Cash is no longer accepted as payment at the East Gate during check-in. Only credit or debit will be accepted.

REFUNDS

Reservations can have one authorized change without a penalty prior to arrival. (This includes moving spots, or adding/subtracting days.)
Any additional changes will incur a $10 transaction fee. (This includes subtracting days, or moving locations, but does not include adding additional nights.)
Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee plus $2 service fee. (Refund includes full amount less a $12.00 cancellation fee.)
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival results in a loss of 1 (one) night fee plus $2 service fee. (Refund equals full amount less one night plus service fee.)

EARLY DEPARTURE REFUND POLICY

Early departures PRIOR TO 12PM, NOON, will result in refund of the remaining days.
Early departures AFTER 12PM, NOON, will result in loss of one night.
